Red Tomato Sauce Ingredients

Here is a great pasta recipe with Tomato Sauce. You will love the fresh flavor of the sauce.

For 4 people


400 gr pasta

1 tbsp olive oil

1 garlic crashed

400 gr chopped tomatoes

1 tsp vegetable stoclk powder

½ crumbled stock cube

1 tbsp tomato purée

1 tsp sugar

A few basil leaves and/or Cherry Tomatoes to enhance the falvor and make a prettier presentation of your dish

1. Boil the pasta

2. To make sauce: Heat the oil in a pan, add the garlic, then gently fry for 1 minute. Tip in all the other ingredients, except the basil, and bring to boil. Reduce the heat, then simmer uncovered for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

3. Drain the pasta reserving a little of the cooking water. Stir the pasta and reserved water into the sauce and serve
